What are your rates?

Sales are generally established based on the understanding that the items will bring in revenue of at least $6,000 since there is a flat fee of $2,000, but anything over that amount we would simply get 1/3 of the total sales.

How long does the estate sale process usually take?

After we come and consult at the home to see if having a sale is a good idea, on average, it can take a few days to set up a sale and then a weekend to have the sale. If the home is to be cleared after, a few extra days are needed to get the donatables to the proper charities and a cleanout crew to do the rest.

What kind of payments do you accept?

Cash, check, and Venmo. We don’t currently accept credit cards at this time.

when do you expect payment?

Payment is only expected once the job has been completed.
